Meetings change people

Unless people change, nothing changes. Meetings are not about information and decisions – those are just the mechanics. Meetings are about changing understanding and commitment – about influencing action to deliver decisions. They are about taking people on an journey by which they can see the right thing to do, and resolve to do it.
Fortunately, there are many simple tools and techniques available to support that journey. These make meetings more effective than can be achieved by simply presenting and talking alone. And the surprising thing is that most of them are even easier to adopt in online meetings than in physical ones.
This site has been created to provide free access and guidance to those tools and techniques. It is intended to encourage and spread their use, and to bring about the benefits in a happier, more effective and more fulfilled workforce.
If you are new to this, we propose that you ‘start simple‘. But if you are already familiar with the concepts then please feel free to access the full resource.
