The intention of the toolchest is to provide a set of practical tools and approaches which you can quickly and easily adapt and adopt into your meetings. Subscription to the service is free and can be achieved simply by means of your email address via the panel below.

Clicking on the ‘Basic’ option in the menu at the top right of the page will provide you with a flying start to applying the principles of this website to your meetings – whether remote or physical.

The ‘Advanced’ option has such a variety of resources and ideas that it can prove a little overwhelming initially. However, navigating the advanced resources can be mastered quickly using the guidance below.

To find useful resources which focus on your own situation, use the drop down list on the left (‘Sections of the Toolchest’) and select a particular focus area based on the 10 key aspects of meeting effectiveness (you can View the outline structure of the Toolchest below) or click on topics that interest you from the ‘Tool Cloud’ in the left-hand sidebar.

If you wish to search for a particular tool or idea by name, feel free to use the search facility. And if you wish at any point to return to a basic overview, simply click on the ‘Basic’ option in the menu at the top of the page again.

To avoid unproductive use of these pages, and the risk of initiative overload, we would encourage you to read the following two posts from the outset:
